DELIVERY DELAYS

Due to a major earthquake in the South Island of New Zealand, there has been disruption to the local delivery network across the country. Due to this unfortunate event, we are temporarily unable to offer our South Island Priority service, and expect delays on all other services across the country. We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause.

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY $70+

Free standard delivery is available on orders of NZD $70 or more in one transaction for delivery within New Zealand. Standard delivery rates will continue to apply to any orders of less than NZD $70. Offer valid until 11:59pm NZST Saturday 29th July 2017.

Delivery

Goods will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
We recommend a work address for prompt delivery, please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. We deliver by PBT.

STANDARD DELIVERY - $9.95 NZD

For delivery to Auckland and North Island cities you must place your order by 2pm (New Zealand Daylight Savings Time) on any business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Goods will be delivered on business days; no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.

We deliver via PBT with an authority to leave. We recommend either a work address for prompt delivery (please include full business name, receivers name and other relevant details). Orders cannot be delivered to PO BOX delivery addresses.

If no one is available upon delivery at your nominated delivery address (work or private) the parcel will be left in a secure spot on the premises, or a card will be left notifying you of alternative pick up arrangements.

SOUTH ISLAND NEXT BUSINESS DAY / PRIORITY DELIVERY- $12.95 NZD

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT

  • To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.

OUR REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.

HOW TO GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE

Purchases made in store

Purchases made in a Dotti retail store can be returned or exchanged in a Dotti New Zealand retail store. You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items.

Purchases made online

You can return or exchange an item purchased online:

  1. in any Dotti retail store in New Zealand; or
  2. by posting it to our Online Store Returns/Exchange address: Dotti Online, The Just Group- Kimbyr Investments Ltd, 38 Sir Woolf Fisher Drive, Highbrook 2161, Auckland, New Zealand.

In either case, you must present the receipt you received in your parcel & indicate the reason for the return or exchange.

Please note: all returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Dotti.

REFUNDS – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

EXCHANGES – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, you may exchange an item for something else from Dotti. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. For online exchanges, please list alternative item(s) in case we have sold out of your first choice. Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges, unless goods are exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

HOW DO I TRACK MY IN STORE ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email will contain a tracking number.

Simply visit the PBT Couriers website, enter in your tracking number and you’ll be able to watch your Dotti parcel get delivered straight to your door!

You can also find your tracking number in your Dotti account. Simply log into your account and click MY ORDERS. This has all your Dotti order history stored for your reference!
